Q.  please let me know what type of food we should give our senior citizen parents for calcium and vitamin...

you need to include milk, curds, paneer, sprouts, til, ragi, green vegetables, fruits, nuts like almonds and walnuts for calcium and vitamins

honey n cinnamon is good for overall health..not precisely for weight loss..yes sometimes commercially sold honey might not be its better to buy organic honey or a well known brand

Q.  tell us about morning walk and evening walk how to do and what exercises to do iam 38yrs and 75 kgs

you can walk for 45 mins to 1 hour/day..or break it into 30 mins morn and eve..brisk walk is can also do swimming, dancing.. etc..

yes it is very important .. you can carry some dry snacks like roasted nuts, khakra, fruits yoghurts, egg whites, sprouts etc..


To gain weight and reduce cholesterol, you need to do weight training for 1 hour daily and have meals every 2-3 hours, have foods high in carbs(rice, banana, rotis, potato) and protein( eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, milk and milk products) eat more than your appetite in every meal,you can also take a weight gainer supplement if required.

Q.  Hi neha,I weigh 80.5 kilos of weight and i am 5'3'' height.I want to loose 10 kg,So how much amount of white rice can i take in my lunch on alternate days.

try shifting to brown can eat it daily whereas white rice stick to 1-2 times/week not more than 1 cup(cooked)

Q. can u tell me the diet plan to reduce atleast 5 to 6 kg weight

you should exercise 1 hour daily like walk, jog, swim, run, dance, gym etc. have small meals every 2-3 hours, fruits for mid meals, oats for breakfast, salads along with lunch, sprouts/egg whites as eve snacks, keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/non veg, drink lots of water, sleep well.
