Q.  i am aged 64 .overweighted 95 kg .and i am diabetic

you need to exercise 1 hour daily(brisk walk, jog, run, swim, dance, aerobics, weight training etc) eat small meals every 2-3 hours, have a fibre, protein and carb rich breakfast like oats/ragi porridge,fruits for mid meals, salad 1 rotis, veggies, dal curds for lunch, sprouts/egg whites for evening snacks, soup salad veggies/ nonveg for dinner, drink lots of water, sleep well..

Q.  I want to how to include flaxseeds in our daily diet.

You can powder flaxseeds and add it in your soup, curds, milk, roti atta, veggies etc

Q.  What is the home remedy for low BP? please tell to avoid sun stroke.

for low bp.. make sure to start your day with something savory like upma, poha, etc..to avoid sun stoke .. drink a lot of water and keep your self hydrated

Q.  hi, i am 5.8,19 yrs old n wiegh 68 kgs, wat shud b my ideal weight? also my skin s clear of pimples but recently i developed some pimple like eruptions on my back, do i need to scrub it off sme1 said dat my system is not clean can u list sum laxative

you ideal weight should be between 68-72kgs. People generally break into pimples or boils when they have an unclear stomach or constipation, so try to eat lot of fruits like papaya, dates, nuts, salads etc

Q.  What is good for women during menopause.I mean a right diet

Q.  hi neha....can a banana be taken daily in our diet...or it adds to weight gain?

yes you can take 1 banana in the morning daily which wont add to your weight

Q.  im 50 yrs old.im going through menopause.my hair are thinning is it due to menopause.im also on calcium and zinc tabs.can u tell me wht kind of diet i should have i also do yoga andwaking.

yes it could be due to menopause as the body goes through a lot of changes. you need to eat high protein foods like eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts,low fat milk n milk products..

Q.  I am 38 years old and am 65kg i am doing lot of house hold work is it necessary that i have go for walk?

yes it is necessary as it improves your stamina and helps burn fat better when done at a stretch of 30-45 mins

Q.  is it ok to have a hot cup of milk at night before sleeping.

yes its very good to have milk before sleeping
