Q.  how to loose ur fats from arms bely and thighss plzz tell home wrkout

For your arms: pushing against the wall, pressing a medicine ball with both hands, pushups. belly: you can do plank, crunches, reverse crunches, scissors, side bends. thighs: stair climbing, squats, lunges, jogging uphill.. Make a mix of all this as your workout.

Q.  What is the correct way , timing and quantity to eat flax seeds? should it be eaten daily? what are its benefits?

you need to roast and powder them.. take 3 tbsp/day in your soups, buttermilk, porridge, dal, veggies, atta etc..it is very high in omega 3 fatty acids which reduces cholesterol and improves overall health..

Q.  i feel my real problem is a bad time table and bloatedness all the time so kindly explain how kn we adhere to time table and get away from bloated feeling all the time

you need to change your lifestyle..avoid wheat and milk to see if that reduces you need to start with brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat small meals every 2-3 hours, have oats porridge/ poha/ idlis for breakfast, have fruits and nuts for mid meal, salads with lunch, sprouts/ egg whites for eve snacks, soups, salads and veggies for dinner.. avoid rotis and rice at night.. drink plenty of water.. sleep well..your bloating..

you need to go for brisk walks, have high fiber foods like fruits, nuts, salads, jowar, nachni etc.. avoid eating fries, red meat and junk food as they increase cholesterol..have fish 3 times/week or take fish oil capsules daily..

Q.  iam type1 diabetic and creatine is 1.8 what diet i should follow

you need to eat a high fiber diet like fruits, nuts, salads, veggies, whole grains and since your creatine is high avoid non veg.. drink lot of water and rest well..

Q.  Hi Neha, I am 24 years old and I am fat. Since I am a software engineer so its obvioius that I have a 8 hours desk job plus 3 hours travelling. I try to eat ealthy food as much as I can but still I am not loosing any weight.

Q.  Hello! Experts tells that the person who is doing weight exercise should take 1.8 Gram Protein per K.G. of body weight. I am presently doing the weight training and i am a vegan, And i find it impossible to take even half of that. Pls suggest. TY.

you need to take 1.2 gm / kg body weight if your doing moderately heavy exercises..since you are vegan you need to take additional whey protein supplements to meet your requirement.. choose any whey protein isolate in the market as per your budget..

Q.  in which eatable things i vil get Vitamin D3 nd B12

vitamin D3 is best received from early morning sunlight and Vitamin B12 from non veg foods like eggs, chicken, fish, meat etc.. if levels are too low then supplements are recommended.

Q.  chole rajma both are good for health but we can't cook these without pressure cooker. is pressure cooking healthy? we know high temp and pressure damages food nutrient.......

pressure cooking is not ideal for salads and veggies as it causes loss of vitamins.. since pulses are extremely hard and cannot be cooked otherwise..you can pressure cook them without any worry of losing nutrients as long as you dint throw the water from it..
