Q.  I want to lose 5 kg. My current weight is 60 kg. Help?

you need to start with brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat small meals every 2-3 hours, have oats porridge/ poha/ idlis for breakfast, have fruits and nuts for mid meal, salads with lunch, sprouts/ egg whites for eve snacks, soups, salads and veggies for dinner.. avoid rotis and rice at night.. drink plenty of water.. sleep well..

Q.  How many times, in a day, can a person consume milk? Also please tell me which milk is best- Cow, Buffalo or Skim?

A person can have up to 2 to 3 servings of milk and milk products everyday. If you are looking at losing weight, I would suggest having Cow's Milk or Skim Milk

Q.  My wife's heir fall in bunches pl suggest a remedy

Please get her thyroid checked and get an appointment with a Dermatologist (Hair Specialist) In natural remedies, ask her to apply eggs or curd for conditioning and include fruits, nuts, eggs, fish, chicken, salads and whole grains in her diet

you need to have red fruits and veggies for vitamin like like carrots, tomatoes, beet, oranges, plums, strawberries can have carrot, beet, spinach, tomato juice daily to help your skin glow..

Q.  i am suffering from acute acidity can u suggest what to eat when acidity is at the highest level

you need to avoid milk and wheat completely.. start your day with fruits, nuts.. have salads with lunch and dinner.. avoid fried, junk and small meals every 2-3 hours..drink coconut not sleep immediately after eating.. you can do yoga to improve digestion..

Q.  Hi Neha, I usually take 3 cups of tea in a day. Does this habit of mine affecting me both positively or negatively?

3 cups is alright but you can try replacing 1-2 cups with green tea as it has more antioxidants

Q.  how to build muscular body at home

you need to do weight training for a muscular body..i suggest join a gym.. eat high protein foods like eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, pnaeer can also take protein shakes pre and post workout to help build muscles..

Q.  If I work out and burn 300 calories, should I eat afterwards or would it defeat the purpose?

you have to eat within 30 mins after your this the period during which your body burns fat.. eat healthy like a fruit, sprouts, egg whites etc..

Q.  I AM MALE, 32 YRS OLD. I AM DIABETIC. weight 65 and height 5'3. what is the proper ratio of food i should consume and help me with a diet plan. the thing is i try to keep my sugar levels under control. KINDLY ADVICE how CAN I CONTROL SUGAR..........
