Q.  Hello Neha, Does eating Oats, Brown rice helps in reducing weight? Also does having green tea twice a day helps in reducing weight? Thanks! Archana

Yes all these things help. Oats and brown rice have high fibre and make you feel fuller. Green tea has antioxidants.

Q.  i used to work out bfore and had lost 15-16kgs over an year...bt later i gained weight coz of my tendency and nw when i try to workout i feel very tired and do not lose any substantial amount of weight..any suggestions??

It's not only exercise but also the right diet to be followed along with it. Exercise in fact makes you energetic and active. You need to work out for 1 hour daily. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours, oats for breakfast, fruits for mid meals, sprouts/egg whites for evening snacks, salads along with lunch. For dinner - soup, salad, veggies/non veg Drink a lot of water and sleep well.

Q.  when ever I eat heavy food i.e. sweat,icecream I fill dezy and uncomfortable, If i take veg and rice, chapati...daily food then it is OK. Please tell me why it is so

This may be because your stomach might not be able to handle heavy, oily and sweet foods. Try eating these only on particular occasions and in small quantities.

Q.  Hi, I have a couple of questions in mind and would request your expert advice. A) Why do you suggest only egg whites, when the yoke is full of essential vitamins. B) Does skipping effect a lady's reproductive system? c) Can one have bhel puri dinner

A) If you don't have any weight issues then you can eat 1 yellow/day. B) Skipping for 15 minutes and not very intensely will not damage a lady's reproductive system. C) Bhel with boiled moong is more healty and your can have it 1/week for dinner.
