green veggies do not have protein..you can have carrot, beet , spinach, tomato juice which can give you lot of vitamins and minerals..

you can avoid milk and cold foods like ice creams, beverages etc

you can slow walking, swimming, still cycling.. initially your body might pain wen exercise but slowly you will get used to it

Q.  Hi Neha, I have an addiction of eating sweets as most of the times after any meal i have a craving for sweets. So request you to please let me know if there is a way to control the craving for sweets or is there an alternative which i can try

you need to control your overall diet and include lot of fiber in your diet to control sweet cravings.. you should have fruits, salads, whole grain and avoid junk food.. then surely you would feel better.

avoid dal rice at night as they are very high in carbds..to lose weight..exercise for 1 hour daily, have small meals every 2-3 hours, oats for breakfast, fruits for mid meals, sprouts/egg whites for eve snacks, salads before lunch and for dinner only soup, salad and veggeis/ non veg. drink loads of water, sleep well..
