Hurry! iHealthU Contest ends May 2nd at 12pm
On January 26th, iHealthU.com launched a three month contest where you and your Health Buddy could earn Points and win iHealthU Rewards. Hundreds have applied, and with the contest ending in a few days, one lucky team of Buddies will emerge as winners of the Britannia NutriChoice Complete Health Makeover.
As mentioned, 10 teams of Health Buddies with the most points, will be shortlisted at the end of three months and will qualify for the four iHealthU Rewards! The shortlisted winners will be chosen based on below criteria.
* Both Buddies must have posted at least 1 time on and before April 26 and at least 1 time between April 26, 2011 - May 2, 2011
* Qualifying Profiles will undergo a Quality Audit for duplicate and/or irrelevant content.
* To ensure quality updates at the closing stages of contest, Health Buddies can earn points for a maximum of 5 posts/day each between April 26, 2011 and May 2, 2011.
* The final winners will be determined both on Points and on quality of moments shared.
Last date to earn points: 12pm Monday, May 2nd 2011
Announcement of winners: 5pm Tuesday, May 3rd 2011

A week filled with health and fun
In our busy lifestyle we tend to leave behind our health. We think we are doing it right but in reality we sometimes forget to eat right or exercise right.

We started with “Take the Pledge to Stay Healthy”. Over 52 people took the pledge and added the “I Health U Week” badge to their facebook profiles (you can add it too, click here!).
Day 2 was about “Sharing a Health Tip”. Nirza Tripathi was a clear winner of this with her tips on the importance of drinking water, resting, staying cool in the hot weather and keeping energy levels high.
