The concept of including some form of activity or the other in your daily routine is well known because it's endorsed in media a lot. Exercise is the part of your lifestyle that helps your system, mind, organs, cells, and blood function at their optimum and helps you reach your best capabilities.

But many people complain that normal forms of exercise do not interest them; they find walking and weight-lifting extremely boring, while swimming and cycling depends on the availability. So in such situations what's the best option?
