This sweet and tangy drink will give you a stiff shot of Vitamin C
Juice of 200 g tomatoes
5 g fresh mint
2 g roasted cumin powder
2 g rock salt
5 g ginger
1 red chilli
Peel oranges and squeeze. (Strain such that you retain maximum pulp.)
Add ginger, fresh red chilli and mint.
Blend and strain.
Add to tomato juice.
Add roasted cumin powder, and rock salt.
Serve warm or chilled.
