Ingredients
  • Juice of 200 g tomatoes
  • 6 oranges
  • 5 g fresh mint
  • 2 g roasted cumin powder
  • 2 g rock salt
  • 5 g ginger
  • 1 red chilli
Method
  • Peel oranges and squeeze. (Strain such that you retain maximum pulp.)
  • Add ginger, fresh red chilli and mint.
  • Blend and strain.
  • Add to tomato juice.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, and rock salt.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
