Tofu Salad

Ingredients
  • 30gm tofu, steamed
  • 1 tsp cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 carrot, chopped
  • 1 baby tomato
  • 10gm baby corn, cut into pieces
  • 10gm peas
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil
Method
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter
  • Add vegetables and tofu and toss it properly
  • Add vinegar, black pepper, salt and mix well
  • Serve.
