30gm tofu, steamed
1 tsp cabbage, shredded
1/4 capsicum, chopped
1/4 carrot, chopped
1 baby tomato
10gm baby corn, cut into pieces
10gm peas
1 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Method
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter
Add vegetables and tofu and toss it properly
Add vinegar, black pepper, salt and mix well
Serve.
