Stuffed No-Oil Bhindi

Ingredients
  • 100gm bhindi

  • Make a paste of the following:
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin-coriander powder mix
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Method
  • Wash and dry the bhindis and slit them length wise.
  • Stuff the bhindis with the ground paste.
  • Pressure cook the bhindis with the paste for 1-2 whistle.
  • In a non stick pan, cook the bhindis for 4-5 minutes till they are cooked.
  • Serve with chapattis.
