Stuffed No-Oil Bhindi

This low-fat bhindi recipe is a good lunch option for diabetics!
Make a paste of the following:
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp cumin-coriander powder mix
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
Wash and dry the bhindis and slit them length wise.
Stuff the bhindis with the ground paste.
Pressure cook the bhindis with the paste for 1-2 whistle.
In a non stick pan, cook the bhindis for 4-5 minutes till they are cooked.
Serve with chapattis.
