Ingredients
  • 1 beetroot, grated
  • 4 pomegranates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp mint juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
Method
  • Extract beetroot juice, strain and keep in a cool place.
  • Extract pomegranate juice; strain
  • Combine pomegranate juice, beetroot juice, water, lime juice, mint juice and honey; mix
  • Serve chilled
