Ragi Roti

Ingredients
  • 30gm ragi flour
  • 1/2carrot, grated
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp curds
  • 1 small green chilli, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil
Method
  • Combine all the above ingredients and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 10minutes
  • Roll it into a roti.
  • On a non stick tava, put little oil and cook the roti till brown and both sides.
  • Serve hot with veggies or chutney.
