Why is it an iHealthU recipe?
A high fibre and calcium rich roti which keeps you full for a longer time.

Ingredients
30gm ragi flour
1/2carrot, grated
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1tbsp curds
1 small green chilli, chopped
Salt to taste
1tsp oil
Method
Combine all the above ingredients and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 10minutes
Roll it into a roti.
On a non stick tava, put little oil and cook the roti till brown and both sides.
Serve hot with veggies or chutney.
