Ingredients
  • 20gm ragi
  • 200ml slim milk
  • 2 dates, chopped
  • 5gm jaggery
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • Cardamom powder for flavor
Method
  • Boil milk with little water, add jaggery and cardamom in it.
  • Add ragi and stir continuously so that there are no lumps.
  • Add banana and dates.
  • Serve hot
