20gm ragi
200ml slim milk
2 dates, chopped
5gm jaggery
1 small banana, chopped
Cardamom powder for flavor
Method
Boil milk with little water, add jaggery and cardamom in it.
Add ragi and stir continuously so that there are no lumps.
Add banana and dates.
Serve hot
