Ragi Idlis

Ingredients
  • 30gm ragi
  • 15gm black gram dal
  • 10gm rice
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Soak all the grains separately for 2 hours and grind into a batter.
  • Add salt, curds and keep aside for 30mins.
  • Steam it in idli maker.
  • Serve with coconut chutney
