Ingredients
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Ice to thicken
  • Method
  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Start with a handful of ice and add more until you've reached desired consistency.
