Oats Protein Smoothie

A super protein and fibre rich drink for gym lovers and weight conscious people
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain lowfat yoghurt
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Ice to thicken
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Start with a handful of ice and add more until you've reached desired consistency.
