Oats Banana Cinnamon Pancake

A healthy breakfast with super charging energy and hormone balancing cinnamon.
50 ml of slim milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp honey
1 tsp oil
Blend the oats banana and milk until the mixture is smooth but not too watery.
Mix in the cinnamon and honey.
Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat.
Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft.
Melt the peanut butter and eat with the pancakes.
