Oats Banana Cinnamon Pancake

  • 30g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 50 ml of slim milk
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Method
  • Blend the oats banana and milk until the mixture is smooth but not too watery.
  • Mix in the cinnamon and honey.
  • Lightly oil a frying pan and put on a low heat.
  • Pour the mixture into 3 mini pancakes and fry both sides until they have browned a little but are still soft.
  • Melt the peanut butter and eat with the pancakes.
