Healthy Banana Bars

  • 1/2 cups oats
  • Stevia
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp egg, beaten
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts, chopped (raisins, walnuts, peanuts, almonds etc.)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Method
  • Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 4x4 pan with oil and keep aside.
  • Mix together oats, stevia, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add in the milk, vanilla essence and egg. Mix well.
  • Now add the banana, peanut butter and nuts.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cut into bars and serve.
