Healthy Banana Bars
Calories - 200kcal per serving for 4 pieces

A healthy mid meal snack easy to prepare and carry.
1/2 cups oats
A pinch of baking powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
2 drops vanilla essence
3 tbsp low fat milk
2 tbsp egg, beaten
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp mixed nuts, chopped (raisins, walnuts, peanuts, almonds etc.)
1 tsp oil
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 4x4 pan with oil and keep aside.
Mix together oats, stevia, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add in the milk, vanilla essence and egg. Mix well.
Now add the banana, peanut butter and nuts.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Cut into bars and serve.
