250 ml slim milk
125 gm doodhi, deseeded and grated
Stevia, as needed
1 tsp ghee
A pinch of elaichi powder
2-3 almonds chopped
2-3 cashews chopped
Boil milk on slow flame till it is slightly reduced.
Squeeze the grated doodhi to remove all the water.
In a pan, heat ghee and saute the grated doodhi till it turns slightly brown.
Now add boiled milk and mix well. Add dry fruits and cook on medium to slow flame. Simmer for 8-10 minutes with continuous stirring.
Add stevia, elaichi powder and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Make sure the kheer reaches its consistency.
