Chicken Chilli Soup

Ingredients
  • 50 gm boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp boiled rajma
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 medium jalapeno, chopped
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Method
  • In a vessel add oil, chicken, onion, garlic, jalapeno and cook over medium-heat until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Lightly mash the rajma with a fork and add it to the vessel.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to chicken mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Pour it into bowls and garnish with fresh coriander.
