Chia Protein Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • Stevia
  • 4 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Method
  • Cook oats, chia seeds, water, vanilla, and stevia in a small pot over low to medium heat for 5 minutes until all the liquid is almost absorbed.
  • Add egg whites 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring in between each addition.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool slightly.
  • Top the cooked oats with peanut butter and sliced strawberries.
