Chia Protein Oatmeal

The fibre-rich oats and chia seeds make this a completely filling and satisfying breakfast along with the proteins and good fats from other ingredients.
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp liquid egg whites
3 strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter
Cook oats, chia seeds, water, vanilla, and stevia in a small pot over low to medium heat for 5 minutes until all the liquid is almost absorbed.
Add egg whites 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring in between each addition.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool slightly.
Top the cooked oats with peanut butter and sliced strawberries.
