  • 1 raw mango
  • 1 tsp Black salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar substitute as per sweetness
  • Peel the mango, slice it and boil it in 2 cups water for 15 minutes till they are cooked
  • After this cools, add all the other ingredients and mix well
  • Blend this mixture into a puree and then strain the puree
  • Then add 5 glasses of water and fresh mint leaves
  • Serve chilled
