Quench your thirst in this hot Summer with the classic Indian Aam pannah
1 raw mango
1 tsp Black salt to taste
2 tbsp mint leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
Salt to taste
Sugar substitute as per sweetness
Peel the mango, slice it and boil it in 2 cups water for 15 minutes till they are cooked
After this cools, add all the other ingredients and mix well
Blend this mixture into a puree and then strain the puree
Then add 5 glasses of water and fresh mint leaves
