Hi-Fibre Digestive NutriBix are my favourite ...... iam loving it. whenever i feel the need of any snacks these biscuits are my only choice.

My Gift Pack arrived today . Thanks I healthu ..I workrd hard playing the health game but Team I Healthu and health buddys motivated me again and again . I have done my routine walk of 2.10 milestoday also .

now the latenight walking is over.....will start walking in garden. Navaratri will start from 16th.....Try to participate atleast 5 days.....but difficulty is that i am not expert in garba but like to enjoy it......lts see.....very good exercise with fun......will avoid fried food during navaratra also......................

i was very much burnt out due to strees.......than suddenly call came from one of the drama director......our corporation had started comp. for drama.i took part in it......acting is my hoby....it relieved my stress. but again latenight rehersals........i avoided fast food during rehersals...no pakoda...samosa........taken only khakhara and nuteri choice oats biscuits only......now drama is over and again rethinking to start my walking..........my stress is due to increase in my vitiligo problems......no natural cure for this......lets seee.........

i walk 4 kms 4 days a week and do ab exercise every other day with light dinner and breakast like oats and egg .

 

2485 steps in 27 min was one way . so actually it was double of that ., I am quite happy with my effort . .tea and biscuit , cornflakes with fruit , dal baigan ke sabji and chapati for lunch and now i am planning to do ex for half an hr . Dinner today will be simple khichdi and dahi .
