This is just to say hello to all the buddies on ihealthu .......specially the ones not posting any news ....... but it is nice to see that habits checklist is being followed regularly ...... we do feel lazy some times ...... wake up buddies .... sharing tips on health topics is reaaly nice .....

I need to start understanding the importance of breakfast. What with a busy worklife, I tend to miss it everyday!

 
anuradhaaga skipping breakfast is not very good thing , u can make some thing and pack and keep ready in the fridge previous day . or pick up fruit and cereal u can eat it on ur work place also . 3 week(s) ago
raghubir singh kalsi try to have fruit juice/milk and germinated cereal or dry fruits.it will take hardly a minute to do this.As the name is breakfast and we are having it after a long time gap if skipped it may disturb the biological clock.But if you are taking dinner very late due to nature of your duty time,still you have to have breakfast.Porridge/Dalia is a good choice.take care 3 week(s) ago
Saphire Chic basically you have to eat anything you like first thing in the morning within 15 minutes of waking up...id suggest a piece of fruit like mango...or banana..this will be asy for you to eat...id recommend you buy the book"dont lose your mind,lose ur weight"by rujuta diwekar.... 2 week(s) ago

well i began my day by walking 300m today and will increase gradually ...i ate banana in the breakfast followed by two cups of tea and then one bowl of papaya in the lunch

My wedding is around the corner, handling too many tasks has made me go to the gym just once or twice a week I'm on full control on my intakes though....Any tips would help...

 
Saphire Chic you can do 3 sets of push-ups,3 sets of squats,pullups if u have access to a bar....and for cardio you can do skipping...with the wedding preparations you must be swamped with the arrangements....check on zwows on youtube...all in 10-12 minutes a day,you can complete ur wrkout... 2 week(s) ago

When u feel like snacking, try out snack Brittania nutri choice. I tried and feel satisfied and at the same time got the nutrients instead taking ordinary biscuits.
