Today I didn't work out but did a LOTTT of household chores, so I believe I have compensated for my not working out..had oats with a banana and dry fruits for breakfast, had a bowl of grapes at noon, for lunch i made egg curry, red lentils boiled and rice..today i had rice after a looong time ..then in the evening i had some oats biscuits and an orange. For dinner I had made soya dosas and some sauted carrots, peas and onions..i just added one egg to the dosa batter, which made my work easier and the dosas didn't break ..i will have a glass of milk before sleeping..today I had to go to the doctor because of some knee pain..i was scared that he'd ask me to stop dancing, but he said it was nothing serious just the accumulation of some fluid which will go away with medication and some simple exercises.Thank God !!!

My food habits are much set now. In fact the body alarm technique is working with me. Thanks to Shanmugam Vajravadivel Sir for sharing this technique. My stomach reminds me time to time about food. After so much of reading and consulting with my doc, I manage to fix my food so that it will complete my daily nutrition needs. I m hving a bowl of cereals (Oats, Corn or wheat flakes) with a banana and some dryfruits and a glass of milk in morning. I included flax seeds and walnut in dryfruits after reading IHU tips. I m changing myself to No TEA. Then I hv fruits at 11 am. In lunch, I started to have curd and salad along with roti and sabji. At 4 pm, I m hving Green tea with nutri choice biscuit. Following to that, evening snacks, I tried many recipes from IHU magazine. In dinner, I hv multigrain atta roti with sabji and bowl of dal rice. Always try to make dinner light. I drink more water in a day, take a walk everyday. Try to think in positive manner always. When I think about all this, I feel so inspired and this help me to continue my diet. Million thanks to IHU and all health buddies.

I have actually lost around 3 kgs in these 42 days and I am SUPER ELATED!!!!i never thought it would be so very easy if I just brought in some discipline in my life..with regualr exercise, increased intake of fruits, vegetables and by lessening the consumption of outside food, I have been able to achieve something which I thought would take me atleast 4-5 months!!!..Can't thank you enough IHU..muahhhhssss!!!!!

Exercise can improves ur mood............... if u Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some steam after a stressful day?............... A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help................. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. .............You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

MEDICAL EXPO

Yesterday, I went to Medical Expo at Coimbatore. Really, it is worth to see such a medical expo. We can gather details about various of types of medicines such as Siddha, Ayurvedic, Homepathy and Allopathy. Even certain hospitals provide free blood sugar test, BP check up, eye-check up, etc. those who visit their stall. Further, we can get BP Monitor Machine, Gluco Monitor Machine, etc. at a discounted rate from the seller directly. So, whenever there is a Medical Expo at your City, buddies do not miss it.

Rajeev S Yes Shanmugam, such exhibitions are really helpful and we get to know about many new things, be technology, instruments, developments etc.. Also, free checkup is quite useful.. Good that you visited the Expo.. 12 week(s) ago
