For the past few days,I am unable to update my health diary as I got stuck up with work.From today onwards,giving more attention to my fitness too.Morning - woke up by 6:30 am,went for a half an hour walk in the garden at my home.Breakfast - 4 dosas at 8:30,lunch - curd rice and carrot at 1 pm,evening snack - an apple,2 nutrichoice oats biscuits.at 6 I had a guava and went for a refreshing walk (I have covered around 6 kms).Taken a bottle of water and now updating my health diary. Last but not the least - today is the first day of 'Short cut Ninja' game.Feeling happy to reach the first place in the leaderboard,hope this continues. Merilyn..Can u give any suggestions for the type of photos to upload in 'Staminator' game as I am not getting much gold badges in this?

I read the article on fasting...i follow this religiously every Tuesday from past 2 years.. where i get to eat lovely fruits.. I ate n will eat 2 sweet lime 1 apple 1 peach 2 bananas 3 cups of tea ( milk tea , green tea , black tea) throughout the day
so taking care dat in this stress-full day .. i dont take my health for granted. following my diet ..having my 5 ltr water ..fruits n lunch on time.. but didnt get tym to exe);:

feeling super sick today, all health routines on hold. A very wise book once said that - when ur sick - let your body heal - take rest. so im on herbal tea and soups all day. and Im going to sleep it off.

I played Happy H2O Day on Game for Health. "My New Glass(600 ml) wch i purchased to motivate me to drink water.. IT was IHU dat encouraged me to drink water from 1 glass to 3 ltrs and now 5 ltrs.its an achievement" I played Stay Junk Free on Game for Health. "to stay junk free i drank lot of water ..."
