32 My cooking is getting Better 

Since I live alone, to eat healthy food, I have to cook myself. And I started cooking regularly only after joining IHU and thanks to IHU my cooking has improved tremendously after everyday's practice
. Today I made moong daal with spinach, peas and carrots, and it was so yummy!!

that's the reason i started cooking anuradhaaga, cos outside food is mostly less in nutrition content and high in fat content..i cook in olive oil, try having one dal, atleast two vegetables a day and some amount of protein..can't cook elaborate stuff due to lack of time and skill but still i think something is better than nothing..yes, kiran thats a good idea
