1 My Weight loss journey
This is my first week of Weight Loss Journey. I eat large quantities of Rice and curry for lunch. Now i am not making any big changes in diet like focusing what I am eating.Avoid fatty food Make Practice of healthy eating Eating Plenty of Fiber. To these 3 principles I love doing some kind of exercise and going for walk. Drinking plenty of water.

why don't you try Dalia or Nachni instead of rice? it feels almost the same and is much lighter on the body while being high fiber as well. And best of luck on your journey! 12 week(s) ago
