@ community Manager. I am sorry that I had not posted this comment in my diary on the first day .So , I am now commenting about my favourite habit Combo over here. I have to add something more to my comment, So writing a fresh comment. I must say the habits have inspired me, Developing good habits is the basic of personal development and growth. Everything we do is the result of a habit that was previously taught to us. Unfortunately, not all the habits that we have are good, that’s why we are constantly trying to improve. I am going to make the habit of keeping track of all the ideas and things that comes to mind. I like the idea of writing things down and then getting it all integrated on the computer. A: My favourite Habit Combo 1 Pick a Good habit: Take the stairs Drop a bad bit : Ignoring Sleep Pick a Good habit: Take the stairs : Use the stairs. skip the use of elevators. I picked up this good habit because climbing Stairs Instead of Elevator Can Be a Life Saver. It reduces body fat and burn calories makes strong muscles of lower portion of body and joints enhances blood circulation. SMALL STEPS GO A LONG WAY Climbing Stairs Instead of Elevator Can Be a Life Saver… Drop a Bad Habit: Ignoring Sleep: I choosed to drop this bad habit of ignoring sleep: because Ignoring sleep problems and disorders can lead to poor health, accidents, impaired job performance, and relationship stress.
