I got another Achievement Badge and that really motivated me to stay on track for another week.
I took up another challenge today "I want to Live Stress Free but I have a high pressure job."
My buddies Malini and Jimmy joined the challenge and started their 21 day program.

Today is my last day.Yippie! This is the first program I could ever finish.
