My Challenge is "I want to Get Active, but I have little time to exercise."
I get daily iHealthU tips and today's tip was "Take the stairs, avoid lifts".
I walked to the store to buy a healthy snack pack and updated my Program Tracker when I ate it.
I got another Achievement Badge and that really motivated me to stay on track for another week.
I took up another challenge today "I want to Get Active but most workouts don't excite me."
My buddies Malini and Jimmy joined the challenge and started their 21 day program.
I exercised and did Yoga my way. iHealthU featured it and other members used my tip!
Today is my last day. Yippie! This is the first program I could ever finish.
