Here are the highlights of an iHealthU Member's program.

My Challenge is "I want to Eat Healthy, but end up eating a lot of fastfood."
I get daily iHealthU tips and today's tip was "Have 6 small meals today".
I carried a healthy snack pack to office and updated my Program Tracker when I ate it.
I got another Achievement Badge and that really motivated me to stay on track for another week.
